Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours; orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. For example, if you place an order on Saturday we will process your order Monday with expected delivery the following Saturday or Monday. Note that k. Bella cannot be responsible for delays incurred during shipping. Standard ground shipping takes 5-7 business days (USA only; international orders may take longer). Orders to P.O. boxes can only be shipped via USPS mail. Partial Orders: Most items are in stock all the time, however certain sizes and colors run out due to popularity. When this occurs we will ship your partial order and will fill the remainder of your order as quickly as possible. Note that you will not be charged additional shipping for partial shipments. You will be notified if we are unable to process your order (for example, if all items are out of stock or if we are unable to process your credit card). We do our best to be very accommodating -- really! If you have any questions or special requests, please contact us. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and charged a flat shipping fee of $5.00. (See the section below for international shipping.) Sales tax of 8.6% is payable only to orders shipped to the state of Arizona. Arizona laws apply in all transactions. International orders are shipped via US Postal mail. International shipping rates will be calculated based on order weight and country of destination insurance. The shopping cart will provide an estimate of these costs, although they may vary. k. Bella, LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or delays associated with international authorities.
Custom gift wrap is free with every order. You may add a personal message during checkout under "special instructions". All orders are carefully packaged to ensure an error-free and crush-proof delivery. The return label discretely reads "k.Bella". We will credit or exchange purchases within the following guidelines:
For example, say you ordered a bra or sleepwear that is the wrong size. Simply call us within five days of receipt of the item and tell us if you would like to exchange for a different size/style, or if you would like to return it for credit. We will then give you an authorization number to include in the package when you ship it back to us. Once we receive your package we will ship your replacement or issue you a credit. Items of an intimate nature cannot be returned due to health risks. (See list below.)
