Shipping & Returns

Multiple Product Orders

To avoid delays in receiving your order, we ship your products as they become available beginning with those already in stock. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, at no additional cost to you. The shipping rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt will not change.





Backorders

We make every attempt to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, there may be times when a product you order is out-of-stock. If this occurs you will be notified and offered the option to (a) wait for the backordered product to become available (note that backorders are automatically cancelled after 30 days, at which time a refund for the backordered product is issued); (b) select a replacement product; or (c) cancel that product from the order and be issued a refund for the cancelled product. We will provide you with as much information as is available about the estimated restocking date for the backordered product.





Return Policy

We will credit or exchange purchases within the following guidelines:

  1. Any return must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods and must be authorized by us. Please contact us for an authorization number.
  2. All garment tags must still be attached.
  3. Garment must be in original, new condition, unworn and unwashed.
  4. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns/exchanges.
  5. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

For example, say you ordered a bra or sleepwear that is the wrong size. Simply call us within five days of receipt of the item and tell us if you would like to exchange for a different size/style, or if you would like to return it for credit. We will then give you an authorization number to include in the package when you ship it back to us. Once we receive your package we will ship your replacement or issue you a credit.

Items of an intimate nature cannot be returned due to health risks. (See list below.)





Non-Returnable Items

  1. Lingerie that has been worn or washed is not returnable.
  2. All adhesive bra products are not returnable.
  3. Due to their intimate nature, all thongs & panties, including pearl thongs and g-string gift sets, are not returnable.
  4. Hosiery is not returnable.
  5. Swimwear is not returnable.
  6. Final sale items are not returnable.
  7. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  8. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number.
  9. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
